Mythbusters tested the 4 Gorilla Glass for strength

Manufacturer Corning, recently presented the fourth generation of protective glass, is a powerful advertising campaign for a new product.

To demonstrate the impact resistance and resistance to scratches, were invited to the famous "Mythbusters" (Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman).


The company noted that the experts spent over 1000 hours of reconstitution maximally close to reality conditions over. According to them, the new glass is twice as strong as the previous one. That is why Corning is not afraid to give their offspring the test so well known persons.

The Gorilla Glass 4 "destroyers" mocked as they could: scratched, has been dropped and fired metal balls. Also in the video is told about other developments of the company.
